By boe is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. Access to your personal information is restricted to those who are directly in charge of providing products to you. By boe also maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal information.
Under absolutely no circumstances will we sell, loan, rent, trade or release your name, address, email address or any other personal information to a third party. Whenever you shop online with by boe, we obtain all information necessary to complete and process your order including; your name, address, phone number and email address. Your credit card is processed by paypal and we do not store this information at by boe. We also retain details of your product purchases with us.
By boe uses your email and occasionally your phone number to communicate with you regarding your current orders. We may also send you promotional details via email if you have asked to receive such information. Each time you receive an email from us you will be given the option to be removed from our list.

SHIPPING and RETURNS

Order Fulfillment:
Unfortunately, by boe cannot guarantee availability of our product. In the case that you order an item that is not available, we will promptly notify you via email and your credit card will be refunded. Standard delivery orders will be shipped via UPS ground. This site can only accept orders shipping within the United States. For international shipping, please email us at shop@byboe.com or call us at 212.228.8143.

Shipping Cost:
UPS Ground (delivery up to 8-10 business days from date of order): $7. Customer signature required for Priority deliveries and all shipments valued over $500. Promotional offer: Free delivery within USA for all orders over $75. Gift wrap is available at $4 per item.

Return/Exchange Policy:
We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card for any items you are not completely happy with. The item(s) must be returned to by boe in its original condition within 14 days of the shipping date. Returned merchandise must be shipped prepaid, insured and securely packaged. Shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable.
We promptly credit your card on receipt of the returned item(s). When an exchange is requested, we will credit your credit card on receipt of the returned items and then we will bill you for the new item(s) when they are ready to ship.
