We will gladly accept unworn merchandise in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and by boe is not responsible for return shipping fees.    

 

Any item damaged on arrival will be repaired or replaced at no cost. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.  Please contact our office to receive a return authorization (RA) number, which must be marked on the outside of the package.  Packages without RA numbers will not be accepted.  Returns must be pre-paid and shipped via an insured delivery provider (USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

 

 

As with any product, your jewelry may show signs of wear over time with regular use.  Please see our CARE GUIDE for suggestions on how to keep your jewelry in its very best condition. 

 

In the case of jewelry being damaged over time, we are able to make repairs for a fee.  Repair requests are subject to approval by our repair department. To request repairs, please contact our office for a Return Authorization ("R.A.") number. Packages sent without RA numbers will not be accepted. 

 

There is a $7 shipping and handling fee per item and merchandise must be shipped via an insured delivery provider (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). 

 

Processing time for standard repairs is approximately 2 to 4 weeks.

 

 

Your receipt or order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. by boe reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We will contact you via phone or email if your order cannot be completed. In a case where the by boe website had charged your account at checkout, we will process a refund.
